A NYC man was threatened with
reduced contact with his

because of his involvement with alternative sexual expression,
despite an absence of any
evidence that his sexuality adversely impacted his children, and
despite an abundance of
evidence that he was a conscientious and responsible father. He
was successful in
having his joint custody reinstated. SFLDEF collected donations to provide funds for his legal counsel, and to
defray his portion of
the fees to pay the court appointed attorney for the children.
